Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you might have. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out - this is a space to go at your own pace.

Number & Frequency of Sessions

I do not take a “one size fits all” approach to my clients. Counseling varies depending on need. Together, we will determine the number and frequency of sessions that will best hep you towards your goals.

Forms & Intake

Once you schedule your first appointment, you’ll receive intake forms through the secure client portal. These help me better understand your background and needs before we meet.
