Hope and healing are possible for you.

Professional Services

I offer individual and couples therapy for adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. Within that work, I also provide specialized care in the following areas:

  • Sex Therapy

  • Partner Trauma & Betrayal Recovery

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Individual Counseling

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating big transitions, carrying the weight of shame or trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relational distress, betrayal, identity questions, or simply longing to feel more like yourself, individual counseling offers a space to slow down, be heard, and begin healing.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with adults facing a wide range of concerns- often those that feel too complicated, too tender, or too “messy” to talk about elsewhere. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, reconnect with the parts of you that have felt silenced or lost, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and peace.

Couples Counseling

Relationships can be both deeply meaningful and deeply challenging. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in recurring conflicts, or struggling with intimacy, couples counseling offers a space to understand your patterns and rebuild your connection.

I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-based approach that helps couples move from disconnection to secure attachment by addressing the deeper emotional needs beneath conflict. I also work as a Sex Therapy Associate under consultation through the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists, which means I bring clinical insight and sensitivity to issues around physical intimacy, desire differences, and sexual healing.

Together, we’ll work to create a safer, more connected relationship- one where both partners can feel seen, valued, and emotionally and physically close again.

Sex Therapy

Sexuality is a deeply personal and often vulnerable part of who we are. Whether you’re navigating shame, desire differences, sexual pain, trauma, or disconnection in your intimate life, you’re not alone - and your concerns are valid.

As a Sex Therapy Associate under consultation through the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists, I approach sexual concerns with both clinical training and deep compassion. I recognize that sexual issues rarely exist in isolation - they’re often intertwined with past experiences, emotional wounds, and relationship patterns.

In our work together, we’ll create a safe space to explore your story, reconnect with your body, and move toward a more wholehearted, respectful, and pleasurable experience of your sexuality - whatever that looks like for you.

My work in this field is not in isolation. I am proud to be an affiliate with the Center for Sexual and Relational Health and regularly consult with these highly-skilled therapists. When your needs are outside of the scope of my practice, I am able to offer referrals to doctors, physical therapists, massage/body work practitioners, or other counselors working in this field.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Some experiences live in the body long after the moment has passed- showing up as anxiety, nightmares, emotional reactivity, or a sense of being stuck. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a short-term, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and resolve distressing memories without having to talk through every detail.

ART uses guided eye movements and imagery to help reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories while allowing you to maintain control and awareness throughout the process. Many clients experience noticeable relief in just a few sessions.

I offer ART as stand-alone service or integrated into ongoing therapy. It can be especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, grief, phobias, and intrusive thoughts. If you’re curious about whether ART might be a good fit for your needs, I’d be happy to talk with you more.

Partner Trauma & Betrayal Recovery

Discovering betrayal or compulsive sexual behavior in a relationship can deeply impact one’s sense of safety, identity, and trust. I provide trauma-informed care for partners navigating the emotional and relational aftermath of betrayal. My approach honors the whole person and focuses on helping clients move from crisis and confusion toward clarity, stability, and healing.

As an APTT (Associate Partner Trauma Therapist) candidate through the International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals (IITAP), I have specialized training in supporting individuals and couples as they process the complex effects of relational trauma, sexual compulsivity, and attachment injuries. Together, we work to manage triggers, rebuild internal safety, and explore what healing and restoration can look like — whether within the relationship or through individual growth and empowerment.
